SCOPE OF SERVICES

Lab Services

  • Ø  Both water and wastewater analysis

  • Ø  Creating site specific sampling plans for both water and wastewater systems that meet regulatory requirements

  • Ø  Process control testing schedules

Creating and implementing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

  • Collecting asset information

  • Creating preventive and corrective work orders based on manufacturer's recommendations

  • Identifying inventory needs to have redundancy of critical equipment

Residual management

  • Biosolids permitting and disposal

  • Submitting Annual Biosolids Reports

  • Sludge profiling of lagoons

Safety/Budgeting

  • Create web-based safety training for city personnel

  • Complete safety evaluations of facilities and create a corrective action plan to address issues identified

  • Assisting communities with creating utility department and capital budgets
